At NTT DATA, we act as a facilitator so that our employees are aware of the different volunteer activities in which they can voluntarily participate during their free time.
However, in accordance with the flexibility model in force at NTT DATA, volunteers, with the prior authorization of their manager, may organize their working time in such a way that they would be able to participate in certain volunteer activities within their working day when the needs of the service allow it, without this exempting them from attending this duty.
